The school has a well established international student program that has been an important part of our school since 2001. In this time, we have hosted over 160 students from countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Cambodia, China, Fiji, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mauritius, Papua New Guinea, United States of America, Vietnam and India.
Students from both the Study Abroad and International Student Programs (ISP) can study from between 12 months up until graduating Grade 12. ISP students enter our school through our offshore program or by the intensive preparation program provided by Education Queensland International (EQI) through Whites Hill College. Students are home stayed in our local area and can receive ESL and study support through the School’s well credentialed International Student Support program.
Many international students complete their studies at our school and continue to regional universities and TAFE colleges. International students are attracted to our school because of our relaxed semi-rural setting, friendly safe campus, the breadth of the curriculum offerings and the wide range of educational, cultural and sporting opportunities.
