Carnivals are a key aspect of the Rochedale State High School culture. It is mandatory for all students to attend the school carnivals each year.

- Swimming Carnival: Monday 2 March (Full Day)
- Competitive Cross Country: Friday 2 April

Swimming
Dive into the excitement at the Logan North Aquatic Centre during our full-day Swimming Carnival. Mandatory for all students, this event promises a splash of fun and friendly competition.
Students wishing to be eligible for Age Champion or district selection must attend the District Competitive Swimming Trials (12 February).
Cross Country
Get ready to lace up your running shoes for our invigorating Cross Country Carnival. This event combines athleticism with the outdoors, allowing students to showcase endurance and sportsmanship.
Students aiming for competitive pathways should attend the Competitive Cross Country (2 April).
Athletics
The pinnacle of our carnival series, the Athletics Carnival is a full-day celebration of athletic prowess and school spirit. From sprints to field events, this carnival showcases talent, teamwork, and participation from all students.
Students aiming to progress to district level must participate in the Athletics Carnival (19 June).
